“/>Safestyle UK is based in Bradford.

The Bradford-based company expects total annual sales of over £ 113 million in 2020. Sales for the second half of the year are 15 percent above the previous year’s figure.

The underlying loss was attributed to the cessation of operations during the first national lockdown in the first half of the year. Safestyle added that the company was expected to return to profits in the second half of the year.

The company facilitated home sales and door acquisitions in January in response to the recent national lockdown.

After consulting with the government, Safestyle resumed home sales in February, but door advertising remains on hold.

In a trade statement, Safestyle said: “The restart of in-home sales in February gives the group an opportunity to regain the strong order-entry momentum seen in the second half of 2020.

“The company is optimistic that door advertising operations can resume in the second quarter of 2021 when the UK moves out of the current lockdown.”

The company added that it met remote sales dates through January, taking advantage of the investments in technology and training made through 2020.
