Partner in Windsor business named finalist for female roofing professional contest – Greeley Tribune

A woman partner of a roofing and construction company in Windsor is a finalist in the Beacon Roofing Supply’s Female Roofing Professional contest.

Stephanie Pouse, co-founder of Brahma Roofing and Construction, has the chance to win first place in the contest, which focuses on inspiring women in the roofing industry throughout North America.

Pouse has had a passion for construction since she shadowed her father on construction sites from an early age, according to a news release. She witnessed the impact that buildings can have on communities, while further growing an appreciation for the hard work of crew members on construction sites.

Pouse continued her journey in the field by leading trips abroad where she worked on many life-changing projects. She rehabilitated an elementary school in Mexico and designed an elementary school playground in Costa Rica.

Pouse and her father co-founded Brahma Roofing and Construction with the goal to create “a new level of service and trust within the construction industry,” according to the company’s website.

The contest has five finalists. The four runners-up will be awarded $1,000, and the winner will win $10,000. All five contestants will have the chance to further their personal development in the industry with an invite to the 2021 International Roofing Expo.
