John Altmeyer named Executive Chairman of GAF Commercial Roofing

Altmeyer previously served as President of Carlisle Construction Materials for 21 years, which he developed into the largest and most profitable operating unit in Carlisle.

In this new role, Altmeyer will develop and lead a multi-year strategy that aims to make GAF number one in the commercial roofing market. Altmeyer reports directly to David Winter and David Millstone, Co-CEOs of Standard Industries.
